We always seek to consult properly on each and every event to ensure your day is as special as it ought to be. Whether it’s a wedding, 21st or mini festival, we offer the option to re-mix a song of your choice and present it to you afresh in our live performance. We can give pretty much any track the full Papa Soul treatment, including superb vocal harmonies, three part brass arrangements and the funkiest grooves from our super-tight rhythm section.

Our material

With Papa Soul, you know you are booking a band who have put time and effort into the songs they perform and record. Alongside great cover performances of timeless classics from the 1960’s and 1970’s (covers from Stax, Motown and Chess amongst others). Tracks like ‘Mercy’ and ‘I Need A Dollar’ show our love of modern soul classics.

 

We also pride ourselves on covering underground tracks from the soul and funk vaults which were big tunes favoured by the DJs and dancers back in the day.
